Peel the carrots and boil until soft. • Puree them in a blender and as soon as they cool, mix the carrot puree with the orange and lemon juices. Dissolve the Sweet & Balance Strawberry Flavoured Fruit Jelly in 300 ml (1 ½ cup) hot water and then add to the carrot puree. • Mix and divide into bowls to set.
