INGREDIENTS
1 packet Sweet & Balance Chocolate Ice Cream Mix
1 Sweet & Balance Milk Chocolate
2 g. (2 tablespoons) Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener Granulated
10 g. (1 tablespoon) instant coffee
400 g. (2 teacups) milk 0% or 1.5% fat
50 g. unsalted almonds
2 tablespoons of a drink of your choosing (optional)
PREPARATION
Put the almonds on a baking tray and roast them in the oven, let them cool and cut into small pieces. Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Prepare the Sweet & Balance Chocolate Ice Cream Mix following the instructions using milk in which you have dissolved the instant coffee, the Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener Granulated and the drink. Add the almonds and the chocolate to the ice cream and stir lightly with a spoon. Put the ice cream in the freezer for 5 – 6 hours.
Tip: if you want, garnish with Sweet & Balance chocolate flavoured syrup
