INGREDIENTS
1 packet Sweet & Balance Chocolate Ice Cream Mix
1 Sweet & Βalance Bitter Chocolate
200 ml (1½ teacups) milk 0% fat
100 g. 2% fat yoghurt
150 ml (1 ¼ teacups) of sugar-free orange juice
METHOD
Prepare the Sweet & Balance Chocolate Ice Cream Mix following the instructions using orange juice, 150 ml (1 ¼ teacups) milk and the yoghurt and divide in half. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with 50 ml (1/4 teacup) milk. Add half the melted chocolate to the ice cream mixture and stir with a spoon. Put half the ice cream in a long narrow tin and cover with the remaining half of the chocolate, creating 2 layers or, if you want, you can mix them with a fork creating waves between the two layers.
Sweet & Balance Chocolate Ice Cream Mix is prepared with milk or alternatively, for those who wish, using one of Fytro plant based drinks (https://fytro.com.gr/fytro-product-catego/rofimata-products/), in the same quantities as milk.
