EQUIVALENTS: 1/2 EQUIVALENT SERVING OF FRUIT
INGREDIENTS
650 ml (3¼ teacups) water
13 g (3/4 teacup)Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener Granulated
5 mint leaves
300 g strawberries
PREPARATION
Add the water and the Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener Granulated to a pan. When it comes to the boil, remove the pan from the heat, add the mint leaves and leave the syrup to cool down. Wash the strawberries well and crush them in the blender.
Once the syrup has cooled down, add the crushed strawberries, stir and serve. If you want, before serving put the drink in the fridge for a while to chill.
