EQUIVALENTS: 1/2 EQUIVALENT SERVING OF STARCH AND 1 EQUIVALENT SERVING OF FAT
INGREDIENTS
20 g. (3 level tablespoon) JOTIS cocoa
5 g. (10 level teaspoons) Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener Granulated
125 g. (5 tablespoons) vegetable margarine
150 g. sugar free digestive biscuits
40 g. (4 level tablespoon) of grated walnuts
3 tablespoons brandy
(4 level tablespoons) of crushed walnuts (optional)
METHOD
Use the mixer to beat the vegetable margarine, the cacao and the Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener Granulated for 2 – 3 minutes. Crush half the biscuits and cut the remaining pieces in small pieces by hand. Add all the biscuits, the grated walnuts and the brandy to the mixer and beat for 1 minute. Spread the mixture onto a piece of baking paper or silver foil and shape into a long, narrow roll. Place the sweet in the fridge to chill. If you want, put the crushed walnuts on the top of the roll.
