INGREDIENTS
500 g sugar-free biscuits
30 g (4 tablespoons) JOTIS Cocoa
5 g Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener
250 g (2 ¼ cups) light margarine at room temperature
1 block (100 g) Sweet & Balance Milk Chocolate
1 packet Sweet & Balance Chocolate Ice Cream Mix
450 ml (2 ¼ cups) semi-skimmed milk, 1.5% fat
PREPARATION
Melt the Sweet & Balance Milk Chocolate in a Bain Marie. Add the margarine, the cocoa and the Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener and mix, until smooth. Break the biscuits in small pieces, sprinkle with ¼ cup milk, add to the chocolate mixture and stir. Pour the mixture in a 26 cm springform pan. Prepare the Sweet & Balance Chocolate Ice Cream Mix, according to the instructions on the box, using milk. Pour over the dessert. Place the ice cream in the freezer, until solid.
