INGREDIENTS

250g soft margarine
250g (2 teacups) Jotis All Purpose flour
200g (2 1/2 teacups) rolled oats
30g (1 1/2 teacups) Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener
2g (1/10 tbsp) salt
3g (1/2 tsp) baking soda
20g (4 tsp) Jotis Baking Powder
60g (1/3 teacup) orange juice
2 eggs
Vanilla

 

PREPARATION

Pre-heat a fan-assisted oven to 180°C. Put all ingredients into a mixer and beat with the flat beater until a dough is formed. Shape the dough into small balls and press with a wet fork to make them round. Put the biscuits onto a baking sheet covered with grease-proof paper and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C with fan-assist, until golden brown.
