INGREDIENTS
1 box Sweet & Balance Flavoured Mousse Mix
400 ml milk (2 cups)
200 gr. low-fat cream cheese
150 gr. strawberries
11sugar-free biscuits
METHOD
Prepare the Sweet & Balance Flavoured Mousse Mix according to the instructions on the package using milk, and divide into 11 bowls. Set aside 5-6 strawberries for the garnish, and mash the rest. Beat the cream cheese together with the mashed strawberries using a mixer until well-blended. Divide the strawberry cream into the bowls and garnish each with a cookie and half a strawberry.
