Μπαβαρουάζ κεράσι

EQUIVALENTS :  ½ STARCH EXCHANGE AND ½ LEAN MEAT EXCHANGE

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 can pineapple in natural juice (280 g)
300 g yogurt 2% fat
1 box Sweet & Balance  Mix for Jelly Dessert Cherry flavor  

PREPARATION:
Cut 5 pineapple rings in half and spread them on the bottom of a small round pan .Dissolve the content of the sachet of Sweet & Balance  Mix for Jelly Dessert Cherry flavor in 200 ml water (1 cup) and 100 ml (½ cup) pineapple juice from the can and mix well. Pour some jelly on top of the pineapple pieces you have placed on the bottom of the pan, until covered. Refrigerate until set (app. 10 min.). Once the remaining fruit jelly has cooled add the yogurt, and stir until smooth.  Pour the mixture over the pineapple jelly base and refrigerate until it gets set. In order to remove the dessert from the pan, immerse the bottom of the pan in hot water for a few seconds and flip over.
