INGREDIENTS:
2 bars Sweet & Balance Chocolate
100 g whole shelled almonds (salt-free)
PREPARATION:
Roast the almonds in the oven for approximately 20-30 minutes, in the convection setting at 150 0C and allow to cool . Cut the chocolate in pieces and melt in the bain-marie. Once it melts add the almonds and stir well. On a piece of wax paper form the chocolate rocks using a teaspoon. Makes approximately 25 pieces.
