INGREDIENTS
1 sachet Sweet and Balance Creme Patisserie Vanilla flavour
100 g savoiardi biscuits
125 g mascarpone cheese
1 level tablespoon instant coffee
1 teaspoon JOTIS Cocoa powder
200 g(1 cup) skimmed milk 0% fat
3 tablespoons cognac
PREPARATION
Dissolve the instant coffee in the lukewarm milk and add 1 tablespoon cognac . Dip the savoiardi biscuits in the mixture and place them along the bottom of a small rectangular Pyrex dish or bowl . Prepare the Sweet and Balance Creme Patisserie Vanilla flavour (see package), adding to the water in which you will beat the cream, 2 tablespoons cognac. To the prepared creme patisserie , add the mascarpone cheese and continue beating for 1-2 minutes, until smooth . Spread the cream over the savoiardi biscuits. Sprinkle with the cocoa powder.
Sweet and Balance Creme Patisserie Vanilla flavour is prepared with milk or alternatively, for those who wish, using one of Fytro plant based drinks (https://fytro.com.gr/fytro-product-catego/rofimata-products/), in the same quantities as milk.
