INGREDIENTS
100 g. (3/4 teacup) soft margarine
15 g. (3/4 teacup)Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener Granulated
2 tablespoons water
1 egg
140 g. (1 teacup) of luxury ANTHOS flour
2 g. (1/2 teaspoon) baking soda
5 g. (1/2 teaspoon) salt
50 g. Sweet & Balance Bitter Chocolate or Sweet & Balance Milk chocolate cut into very small pieces
60 g. (1/2 teacup) finely chopped walnuts
A little vanilla flavouring
PREPARATION
Pre-heat the oven to 190. Mix the margarine and theSweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener Granulated together in a bowl until soft. Add the beaten egg and the vanilla (dissolved in water) and stir. Next, add the flour, soda and salt and knead until the mixture becomes smooth. Add the pieces of chocolate and walnut and mix again. Take spoonfuls of the mixture and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 150-180°.
