INGREDIENTS
20 g. (1 teacup) Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener Granulated
150 g. (1 teacup) finely chopped strawberries
150 g. (3/4 teacup) of fresh lemon juice
50 g. (1/4 teacup) of fresh orange juice
PREPARATION
Bring the lemon juice, the orange juice and the JOTIS Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener Granulated to the boil in a saucepan and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the strawberries and boil for a little longer until they soften slightly (add a little water if necessary). Leave the lemonade to cool. Put 40ml lemonade (4-5 tablespoons) and dilute with 160 ml (3/4 teacup) cold water.
