INGREDIENTS
1 packet Sweet & Balance Strawberry flavour Jelly
1 sachet Sweet & Balance Mix for Creme Pattisiere vanilla flavour
400ml (2 teacups) semi-skimmed milk 1.5% fat
160 g Strawberries
2 limes
1 tablespoon Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener
a few sprigs of mint
PREPARATION
Prepare Sweet & Balance Strawberry flavour Jelly according to the instructions on the packet and place in 12 individual bowls. Finely chop the strawberries and the mint leaves in a bowl, add the Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener and stir. Place the Strawberries in the jelly and leave in the fridge to chill. Prepare the Sweet & Balance Mix for Creme Pattisiere vanilla flavour according to the instructions on the sachet, using milk and add the zest from 2 limes. Put the Creme Pattisiere vanilla flavour in an icing syringe and garnish the jellies.
Sweet & Balance Mix for Creme Pattisiere vanilla flavour is prepared with milk or alternatively, for those who wish, using one of Fytro plant based drinks (https://fytro.com.gr/fytro-product-catego/rofimata-products/), in the same quantities as milk.
