EXCHANGES: 3/4 STARCH EXCHANGE AND 1/2 FAT EXCHANGE

INGREDIENTS

750g (6 teacups) Jotis All Purpose Flour
30g (6 tbsp) Jotis Baking Powder
45g (2 1/4 teacups) Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener
250g (1 1/4teacups) light butter
3 eggs
150g (3/4 teacup) milk 1.5% fat
A little vanilla
2g mastic
2 egg yolks

METHOD

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Put the butter, Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener, eggs, milk, mastic, vanilla, flour and baking powder into a mixer and form into a smooth dough. Form the dough into small coils, brush with egg yolks and bake for 20-25 minutes.
